Factory Audit
Verify the supplier before you wire the deposit.
When to book it: Before committing to a new supplier — or before a large order with an existing one.
What the inspector checks

- Machinery, production lines, capacity and staffing walkthrough
- Quality management system — incoming, in-line and final QC processes
- Working conditions, organization and housekeeping (7S) review

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Catch the defects while the goods are still in China.
When to book it: When production is at least 80% complete and goods are packed or nearly packed — before the balance payment.
What the inspector checks
- Random sampling to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (AQL) — you choose the level or we advise
- Workmanship defects classified as critical, major and minor
- Function, safety and performance tests relevant to your product
- Measurements, weight and specifications checked against your spec sheet
- Packaging, labeling, barcodes and retail-box verification
- Carton drop checks and quantity verification

Container Loading Supervision (CLS)
The right goods, in the right quantity, sealed — witnessed.
When to book it: On loading day, at the factory or warehouse, while your container is being filled and sealed.
What the inspector checks
- Container condition check: dry, clean, odor-free, watertight, no holes
- Product and quantity verification against your packing list
- Carton condition and correct loading sequence supervised
- Loading method checked — no crushing, no shortcuts, no swapped goods
- Seal number recorded and photographed before departure
- Full photographic record from empty container to sealed door

Remote factories
Coverage of every manufacturing hub is included. Genuinely remote locations add an estimated $25–50 per man-day for travel, confirmed upfront.
Urgent scheduling
Need boots on the floor within 24 hours? +25% guarantees a next-day inspection. Standard booking is already on site within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
